Banana Dog Cafe's mission is to be a positive part of people's morning routine in Corolla and help others feel connected to this beautiful town through coffee and conversations. We operate under the "it's the little things" principle and aim to help our guests have a brighter morning through small meaningful moments at our trailer.
Why Banana Dog?
Meet my little banana dog Dixie! Dixie girl was my loyal companion and beach buddy for 15 years. She was nicknamed my banana dog because of the way her back curved (especially when excited) due to her doggy scoliosis. Those who know me know my obsession with dogs, and it only made sense to name my first business venture after my pup! Name a better combination than caffeine and canines to make a day great...
Theme Weeks!
June - August we offer an additional themed drink menu that switches EVERY WEEK. Previous themes have included Shrek, Zach Bryan, camp BDC, Harry Potter... We love to keep it fun and fresh for our vacation months; check out our instagram to stay in the loop @bananadogcafe.
Yappy Hour (To return soon!)
Every Wednesday we will have a Yappy Hour from 8-10 am! We would love you to bring your (nonagressive) pooches for pupcups, socializing, photos, and more while you sip a delicious coffee. Name a better pit stop for your doggo's daily walks!
Pay it Forward with a Caffè Sospeso (Pending)
We want to help you to do good! Inspired by the Italian tradition called Caffe Sospeso, or suspended coffee, any day of the week, you can purchase a coffee to pass forward to another guest.
